Laâyoune, February 27, 2025 – The recently held Moroccan-American Medical Days, which were organized on February 25th and 26th, 2025, in Laâyoune, served as the setting for a landmark partnership between New York's Saint Francis Hospital and hospitals in Laâyoune region. The new accord, recently signed, seeks to establish a model of collaboration between interested healthcare facilities in the context of medical education, training, and research to develop the quality of care delivered.

The cooperation was officially inked during the medical conference, highlighting the joint commitment to promoting standards of healthcare through the sharing of expertise and resources. Saint Francis Hospital, renowned for medical excellence and patient care, as well as innovative medicine, will be working hand in hand with Laâyoune's regional hospitals to establish comprehensive training for medical personnel, increase research opportunities, and prompt knowledge and exchange of best practices.

By working together and sharing our expertise and resources, we can create a culture of ongoing learning and innovation that will benefit our medical communities and our patients as well."
